Seeing as how I haven't blogged since December, I figured it was time for a quickie. So here is a book recommendation for anyone who wants to feed their family well, but is totally baffled as to how to do that. Or anyone who needs/wants to lose (or gain or maintain) weight in a non-horrific, non-dieting, healthful, and even fun way. Or anyone who has been on the "healthy eating" roller coaster and just wants to get off because of pure confusion- juicing? raw? vegan? organic? gluten free? paleo?.....
